As many people already know, on Monday, November 2nd, Jim Hutson was in an accident while riding his motorcycle home from work.

11/23/09 - Update

Please continue to pray for our dear Brother Jim.  He has not been able to do any physical therapy in over a week due to the blood clot in his leg.
Chances are that his blood level will be at a safe point that he can resume his therapy today.
He enjoys getting cards and "Best Wishes" emails ... so KEEP THEM COMING!

12/03/09 - Update

We have great news!!!

Jim Hutson is improving so much each day!!  This can only be God, folks!!  God is awesome!!! 

This week, Jim is able to transfer himself from the bed to the wheelchair!!  He is able to wheel himself into the bathroom!!    He is doing so well with these steps.  He still gets so tired when he does it, but the great news is he is getting stronger and that he is doing it!!  His attitude and focus is much better!!! 

He lost 73 pounds in 28 days.  His appetite is still not good but he is working on it!

He still has stitches that are working their way out of his head. 

Keep praying for him and sending him cards of encouragement.  IF he keeps improving like this and he keeps up on his therapy and getting stronger, he should be able to be home by Christmas!!!

 

12/10/09 – Update

Jim is getting stronger and is happy that he’s been cleared by the doctors to be home by December 23!!!!!
